A compact fitness and weight training room awaits you at Plantonia.
It is equipped with:

- multifunctional trapeze box,

- rollers.
Gym membership
We are also open to local residents. We offer two admission options:
- one-time (30 PLN)
- monthly pass (90 PLN).
Salt room
A salt grotto is a specially designed room with a microclimate similar to natural salt caves. The salt panels are made of Klodawa salt, which contains a rich complex of minerals and trace elements, including calcium, magnesium, potassium, iron or iodine, and has antibacterial and antiseptic properties. While in the salt cave, the salt panels release microscopic salt particles into the air, which help cleanse the respiratory tract, reducing pollutants, allergens and microorganisms.

Sit back and relax in a salt cave that will strengthen your body. After a day of excitement or just after waking up for a healthy start to the morning.
In our salt cave you can read a book, listen to music or just stay. Salt has relaxing and healing properties.
