Yoga classes

At Plantonia, you can use a yoga mat in the privacy of your apartment or join one of the classes held in the meeting room with a yoga teacher. Relax in an intimate setting and find balance for the whole week.

Classes take place:

--> every Saturday at 10:15 AM in the Meeting Room.

Mats, water, and tea are provided on site.

Participation guarantee: 20 PLN, registration is at the reception.

For external participants, the cost of classes is 40 PLN.
Monthly pass 120 PLN.
