Pilates is a full-body workout through a combination of exercises inspired by yoga, ballet and strength training.
Its aim is to strengthen muscles without over-extending them, relieve strain on the spine, make the body more flexible, reduce stress levels and improve overall health.
Strengthening and stretching class.
Mats and water are provided, pilates will take place in the Lounge room.
