Join a weekend workshop with the Pilates method. Each day ends with relaxation to the sounds of bowls and other instruments.

Day 1:
- What pilates is (and what it is not), for whom, benefits of exercise, indications, contraindications, myths about pilates, types of pilates
- basics of the Pilates method: neutral pelvic position, breathing, posture
- getting to know basic exercises
- self-massage with the use of balls
- stretching (dynamic and static, what is the difference, when to choose?)
- relaxation concert bowls

Day 2:
- reminder of the basics: neutral pelvic position, breathing, posture
- Pilates session with utensils-balls, bands,
- self-massage with balls
- stretching
- relaxing bowl concert

For whom: for those who want to learn the basics of the Pilates method, for those who would like to start exercising properly on their own at home, for anyone who likes to move and wants to take care of their health, no age limit, people 50+ are warmly invited.
